At Vee Rosaries, each rosary is handmade with care, prayer, and attention to quality. We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.
We offer refunds or replacements for rosaries that break within 14 days (2 weeks) of delivery under normal use.
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within the 14-day period and provide:

A photo of the damaged rosary

A brief explanation of the issue
Once approved, we will provide either:

A replacement rosary, or

A refund to the original payment method
This policy applies only to defects or breakage during normal use. Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear after 14 days is not covered.
